Currently, the federal court system is closed to all in-person proceedings. Until further notice, all hearings noticed for the Bankruptcy Court in the Middle District of Alabama will be held telephonically only. This applies to all divisions and all locations. All Meetings of Creditors (341 Meetings) will be held over the phone and clients will be provided the call-in information specific to their case.
Any scheduled meetings or proceedings will either be held telephonically or over video conference, or will be postponed until further notice.
